A. Gift Vouchers (Digital or Physical)
- Issued to customers after a qualifying purchase, or available for separate purchase.
- Delivered via email with a unique voucher code.
- Can be used as partial or full payment for future orders.
- Value denominations may vary (e.g., $10, $25, $50, $100).
B. Promotional Codes (Discount or Offer Codes)
- Distributed through special campaigns, newsletters, or social media promotions.
- Provide percentage discounts, fixed-amount discounts, or free shipping/offers.
- Usually valid for a limited time and subject to specific conditions.
C. Referral & Loyalty Rewards
- Customers may earn vouchers by referring friends or through loyalty milestones.
- Reward vouchers are non-transferable and linked to the registered customer account.
Gift Vouchers are issued automatically once a qualifying purchase is completed or as part of promotional events.
Customers purchasing gift vouchers for others must provide the recipient’s email address correctly. AbbyStopShop is not responsible for incorrect email submissions.
Once issued, vouchers will include:

Redeeming your voucher is simple:
Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
Enter your voucher or promo code in the “Discount / Gift Code” box during checkout.
The discount or value will automatically apply to the total amount (excluding shipping or taxes if specified).
Complete your checkout using your preferred payment method.
Each voucher or promo code has a clearly mentioned expiry date.
Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended, or refunded.

To maintain fairness and security, the following conditions apply:
Vouchers and promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.
Only one voucher or promo code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Voucher balances cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with ongoing sales, bundle offers, or discounts unless specified.
AbbyStopShop reserves the right to cancel or refuse voucher redemption in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
If an item purchased using a voucher or promo code is returned or refunded:
- The voucher value will be reinstated in the form of a new voucher code (if still valid).
- The discounted portion of the purchase will not be refunded in cash.
- Any partial cash payment made alongside a voucher will be refunded to the original payment method.

Every voucher code is unique and trackable in our secure system.
Orders with suspicious or multiple code uses may require manual verification.
Fraudulent, duplicated, or resold vouchers are strictly prohibited and will be invalidated without notice.
